I appear to be just as quicksilver as my name implies. I'm skittish and very scared in my new room. In my fear, I sometimes hiss. My heart is scared to trust so I need lots of reassurance. I need a quiet home where someone will be able to work with me daily. Earning my trust would be an act of deep love and patience. You will be amazed when I blossom. Cats like me, who take a little time and loving kindness, often turn into the most loyal kind of kitty companion.

Hello, I’m Finch. I’m a bit of a shy man. Are you the right person for me? That’s what I’m saying when I look longingly into your eyes. I was a stray before I came to Simply Cats, and I’m a little afraid that someone might put me out on the street again. Please look past my initial shyness. If you talk soothingly to me I’ll eventually come out, and would love to let you love me. I promise I will always love you back.

Look at my beautiful fur. I take good care of myself. I had to learn to, because for a long time I was a feral. About six months ago, a really nice guy brought me here so that Simply Cats could help me get back on my feet. I’m still not quite used to humans, but you can see that I want to trust you when you look into my piercing green eyes. If you give me patience and time, I will be the best friend you’ve ever had, I promise.

My name is Clara. I've been here at Simply Cats for quite awhile. Several people have adopted me, but I just haven't been able to get along with the companion animals they already had. I love people, but other animals just get on my nerves sometimes. I guess I just need a home with humans only. I know someone is out there who can love me for me. I hope they show up soon!

My name is Ariana. The good people at the Maranatha School found me as a stray and brought me to Simply Cats. I'm a sweet girl, not to mention a real beauty! I need regular brushing, but that's a good thing. It's a great way to help me bond with a new person and learn to trust them. Once you hear my motor, you'll love the grooming session just as much as I do.
