Simply Cats' mission is to care for, protect, and find quality homes for the cats entrusted to us; to reduce cat overpopulation through spaying and neutering; and to provide educational community outreach programs promoting the humane treatment of all animals.
A DONOR's Special Request...
This week at Simply Cats, we received a generous donation from an individual who requested that we apply these funds toward the adoption fee for Matilda, in order to offer a potential adopter a reduced fee. NEXT FOOD BANK - SATURDAY, March 20th!
Times continue to be difficult for so many. Our food bank has been a tremendous help to those in need of food for their treasured kitties. We have another one coming up soon, and can always use donations for this purpose. If you can, please help us by dropping off dry kitten or cat food at the adoption center, before March 20th. We hold our food banks on the first and third Saturdays of each month from noon to 2pm. Thank you for your support.
Meet Memphis, our new shelter cat!
Why, hello there. I’m Memphis, one of the most handsome marbled brown tabbies you'll ever meet. I was adopted out three times since I first came to live at Simply Cats, but was naughty because I missed my loving home and friends at the shelter. So, each time I was adopted, I was returned to the shelter. Shelter staff FINALLY got the picture and decided to keep me as their mascot and shelter buddy - so now I get to roam the halls and greet everyone who comes in. I love it, and take my job very seriously.
